Creative Structure
I am thinking of structuring deals as follows and I am wondering if there are any obvious errors before I road test it.
I would like to try to develop several lines of credit with the savings that I have and then use that money for a downpayment on a No Doc loan I have the credit to qualify and I am positive that I can find the ouse cause I have seen several that I think I could make the number work on but I just wnated to see if I could get some feedback as to weather I would run into problems with seasoning, reserves things of that nature. Any reply would be greatly appreciated
