Costs To Foreclose?

Does anyone have a ballpark figure of $$$ cost and average time it would take If I have to forclose on a prop. that I am holding a 30 yr note on. Prop value 60,000. Thanks in advance for replys.

    It depends on your area. In georgia it takes roughly 3 months, in florida, roughly 6 months. These things depend on your state.
