Contract
Maybe I'm over looking it, but I'm not sure what type of contract to use---I found a preforeclosure and the bank has agreed to entertain all offers including a short sale. What type of contract do I need, and what do I need to specify considering I'm the bird dog not the buyer? Any help is appreciated.
