I just wanted to add that for the most part, the investors will pay you if the property that you find for them, goes under contract. I have one investor, that pays me 10% if he resales the property...of course in order to do that, I have to waive the initial finders fee. Most of the investors I work with pay between $1000-5000 depending on the amount of equity in the property.
