Buying "Subject To"

MattyA profile photo

I am new to real estate investing and I have begun networking with investors in my area. I have heard about buying "subject-to" many times, but I am not quite sure what that is. Can anybody please help me to understand this technique better. confused It sounds like something I would like to get involved in eventually. Thanks, Matt smile [ Edited by MattyA on Date 03/05/2004 ]

I think you would be very interested in Subto. I have read up so much about it and I can't wait to get my feet wet. I have done my marketing and now I am just waiting on the calls and such. I am going to start making calls next week. I can spend hours on this board but I have a family so I have to monitor myself or time just flies by. Good luck on whichever aspect you choose.

Thanks to all for your responses!:-D

John, I am interested in ordering one of your sub2 courses, but I don't know which one would be the best for me. What is the difference between the two?
    Thanks, Matt
