Bird Dogger Available In Illinois (Northwest Suburbs)

Hello All, I am new to the forum and a newbie in REI. I have spent the last month or so reading literature on real estate investing. What held me back was the lack of experience and money. When I came across this forum I learned about Bird dogging and this seem to be the option for my situation where I could gain the experience and build some cash.
