I am new to this site. I am interested in getting into Real Estate. I would like to start out as a bird dog. I live in South Jersey. Can anyone give me some advice on how I can get started.

Best thing to do is "read everything!" . This is the website of wonders as far as real estate is concerned. There are alot of VERY helpful people here., just takes a bit of time before they respond to you constantly.
I think if you look to your left, the forum "Is Anybody Out There From NJ?" might help. Looks like a good group and its always nice to receive help from those close to you.

Hey fellow South Jerseyite! I'm new to this stuff and am right next door to you (Pitman). I am starting with this site, the forums, John Locke's bird dog book (see products) and the South Jersey Investor Club. Look at their website, they have a newbie group starting in Mullica Hill, also close to you.
