Hi, I am new to this site. I am interested in getting into Real Estate. I would like to start out as a bird dog. I live in South Jersey. Can anyone give me some advice on how I can get started. Thanks, Mike :-?
Best thing to do is "read everything!" . This is the website of wonders as far as real estate is concerned. There are alot of VERY helpful people here., just takes a bit of time before they respond to you constantly.
I think if you look to your left, the forum "Is Anybody Out There From NJ?" might help. Looks like a good group and its always nice to receive help from those close to you.

I am starting with this site, the forums, John Locke's bird dog book (see products) and the South Jersey Investor Club. Look at their website, they have a newbie group starting in Mullica Hill, also close to you.
