If you want to become a bird dog, you need to get educated about real estate investing and you can do that by reading everything you can here.
You need to get to know your neighborhoods, and you need to get to know local investors who you can bring leads to.
The more you know, and the more that you are able to do, the more you can get paid for each lead or deal you generate.
