Bird Dog Fee Or Agreement!
Hi All, I know it is flexible, but is there a standard compensation for bird dogging? I am new and formulating my business plan for REI. Part of it is to bird dog and pass deals along to other investors to keep a cash flow going. Any help for a new guy is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!! Jim
