Best Way To Assemble Investor List And Hard Money Lenders
Hello, I am new to RE investing and want to get off on the right track. I was wondering what are some ways I can start contacting and gathering a list of potential cash investors or hard money lenders. Although I would like to concentrate on lease-options, I also want to do some subject-to's and some other forms of wholesaling or flipping in order to start building capital.
I've heard I can post some classified ads..but I feel that there are other routes I can take.
