Best Forms CD For Georgia?
I'm sure I'm opening a can of worms here.
Which forms CD have you used, what was your experience, was it complete, and which one would you recommend? Particularly looking for ones written and used for/in Georgia. I've been able to find/buy forms as I need them, tweak them, and run them by the lawyer to close deals (I've bought my share too) but it would be nice to have one resource of quality forms that have been tweaked for Georgia and have stood the test of time.
By forms I mean everything to do with short sales, Sub To's, Lease Options, and all the other stuff like AFD/CFDs, Options, Inspection Checklists, etc.
