Begining As A Bird Dog..
hey there I am new to this forum, but have been reading posts for a while now and am very confident in the people here in theyre abilities to give sound advice to beginners and help out in many different ways.
Ok, heres the deal, I want to start out searching and finding deals for a number of investors I know in the DFW area. My question is what do you think about my current strategy and if you think I am getting in over my head.
The plan as of now is to contact different investors who each specialize in different niches of the real estate market, some rehabbers, forclosures, basic residential, and maybe later even some commercial. My logic to this is to diversify my options when it comes to finding deals so I can maxize the chances of closing the deal and getting a nice referral fee. If you are laughing saying this guy has bitten off more than he can chew thats what i was afraid of. hah but could you please give me some advice on how to package a sound investment for these different contacts. any feedback is appreciated. thank you very much
