how do u get a good deal on these properties when it seems there is just so much work to be done to them?

    Hi, BirdDog. The best deal is how well you can bring in your project. In other words, the labor and materials are really what makes or breaks a deal. If you are handy, you can save money. If you are not, find out the cost of materials. I also rehab in the winter when most contractors are looking for work. 8-)

    I am waiting to close on my third HUD property this year. how I make money is buy, fix and retail. As the other person stated you must be knowlegeable in all aspects on HI to make money. But there is a lot of money to be made.
