my to comments or observations are watch what the reserve is, and what the "BS" fees that are added by the auctionere are.
There are a couple online auction site that I have looked at that seem to only disclose these in fine print.
tax record
internet searches (whitepages.com, www.knowx.com, etc.)
skip trace services (InsightCollect) which seems reasonably priced, esp. for a groups of investors.
with this website, i can punch in the add, or name, or apn and it will spit out comps and a myriad of info. sometimes it will have a phone number but not very often. www.fahtco.com
