Assigning Contracts
I am having trouble finding investors or cash buyers. A source gives me many people who are looking to sell in Florida. I need some good contacts so I can quickly assign these properties. Can anyone provide some insight?
If you see any advertisements such as "We Buy Houses - Any Condition," take a few moments to write down the contact info from these. These signs are conceived by investor/buyers. Also, it would be beneficial for you to join a REI club/association if you haven't already. At these meetings, you can network and locate numerous types of investors. I hope this information is found to be useful. Oh yeah, the Yellow Pages can be used too!
