I am looking to get into whatever makes money. I have noticed a lot of FSBO homes around Nashville. I have an intrest also in pre foreclosures.
I love calling people up and talking about their homes and the numbers associated...so that part of it is not a problem for me.
Seems like you have to keep smiling and dialing till you get through all the "no's: to get to the "yes."
