Anyone Ever Heard Of HomestartAmerica?
I have been in contact with these guys and I am really considering doing business with them. They purchase property in bulk, fix them up and then sell it to you and I with creative financing options. They take care of the downpayment as well as closing.
Are they running some sort of scam? Have you ever heard of companies like this one?

I never heard of them and checked out their website. I wasn't really impressed as it didn't have much information on it.
