Advice Needed: Selling Raw Land
I have interest in family land in NC. Been in family for years, but no one is interested in maintaining it. We want to sell two tracts of this land. Should we contact locals first or just post with local real estate agents? I do not want to be taking advantage of. Not sure what to do. How do I harvest granite on land. Who do I contact for granite harvesting?

Is there a housing or commercial development potenial. That would make it attractive to a developer / contractor.
