I am very interested in doing the same thing. My credit is shot so I want to start out either bird dogging or flipping properties I am in Pa. is there anybody willing to show me the ropes and help me out. I want this to be my career BUT since I dont have funding or credit I want to start out in this field?? Can anyone help me??
