Bird Dog And Offers
First GREAT GREAT forum !! Now my question is: as a bird dogger, I am expected to deal with the seller and negociate the price he will sell for? And then have that price written in the form of an offer before I have a buyer/investor? Or, is price negociation left to the investor/buyer after I have given them ALL the other information he requires to make an informed decision. Thanks!! :roll:
