How can I run a background check on prospective tenants cheap? Thanks for any help. :-)

    I use http://www.saferent.com/ . Cost is about $15.

    I forgot to mention that their last place rented for $450/mo. They moved out because it was too small and are living with his mom for the last few weeks.
