Auctions/ Do Anyone Buy There
hey do anyone frequent investment auctions i have gotten a few mix opinions from them i bought one before from an investment auction and did good but i am hearing now the prices has skyrocketed at the auctions and they have a lot of overbidding any advice on this,

My only advice is to make sure you have seen the property before you bid. Someone on know not only won by overbidding but his "3/2" was really a vacant lot.
