Need Marketing Partner For Nationwide Comm Re Marketing Business.
I am looking for a partner to help market my unique nationwide brokerage business. I have all of the unique skills mastered - valuation, modeling, brochure formats, etc. I am a former appraiser and multi-million dollar buyer for a large co.
I do "premium" marketing of MM Investment Comm Real Estate - nationwide. "Premium" marketing is my term which depicts first-class marketing plans, execution, brochures, financials, etc. I do the job right. I have never heard of anyone else offering such a thing!

Bring in a partner-- Either sell to him and get him approved for a new loan or get him to co-sign.
