Looking For An Investor To Scout Commercial Properties For?

reyna profile photo

I hope this is in the right forum, if not I apologize and I will delete it.
I am trying to find an investor who I can scout office buildings, large apartment buildings and etc. for. But I am having no luck, I am only finding SFH and up to 4 multi-units investors only. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can locate an investor of this magnitude?
I have tried my local RE group, but none do this type if investing.

I'm certainly into this type of thing but I'm in Iowa. Do you know of commercial properties for sale? If they are not on the market or well known start by calling property management companies and ask if they or any of their clients are looking to buy apartment buildings. Follow by explaining that you are an independent investor looking to find deals for other investors for a small profit. I have one agreement that I will pay a certain percentage of the purchase price at the closing of any deal. My scout makes me sign an acknowlegement of any potential deal I get from her.

    Good LUCK!!

Thank you very much for your advice.
I do know of some properties for sale in Iowa. If you send me your property purchasing parameters, I will look and see if maybe they would work for you.

    Thanks again,
    Patricia

I am primarily interested by location first: Ames and the Ames area and Ankeny but no farther south.

I would be willing to look at any investment. I actively am targeting multi-unit residential (apartment buildings and such) and also lots that I could build a carwash on (or an existing carwash). Regarding the carwash I am willing to partner with an investor looking to start a convenience store or other complementary business.

You can reach me at **Please See My Profile** if you ever have anything I may be interested in.

    THANKS

If you have any in the state of Florida let me know. Especially in the Tampa area, but I invest all over the state.

    Thanks,
