Investment Analysis Software
Does anyone have a recommendation for good real estate investement software. I have created some on my own, however, I feel some professional software will be broader and more accurate. I am reviewing ROI Forecaster by Real Estate Informatics now and it looks pretty good. Just wondering if anyone has any opinions or suggestions. Thanks!
I put together a excel form that i use and is simple, email me and i can send it to you, or if there is a place on here you know, i will post for the masses.
