Havnig Hard Time Finding Commerical Property At Good Rate ? Any Idea ?

I am trying to find Gas Station / Hotel with real estate. I have years of experience as a business owner in such field.
i am having hard time locating good property at a reasonable price for gas station.
Any idea on that ?
Gas stations are single unit part of Retail Real estate investment, I am trying to purchase gas station w/ real estate w/ business.
How can I find some good property ?
Any one here who buys gas stations ?

There are heaps of sites that offer the type of properties you require and what sort of price range are you looking for ?

What area and price range are you looking for?
I find there are tons of good opportunities out there, financing is the problem. hard to find >70% LTV.
