Closing @ Mortagage Co.
My son is buying a duplex, with 0 down. The seller has agreed to pay all closing costs.
However the seller wants his attorney to handle the closing. Is it possible to only pay the origination fee to the mortagage co, and allow the atorney to handle the rest of the closing?

He walked away from the deal this afternoon. The seller was demanding all kind of crazy things.
