Anyone Doing This In Louisiana?
There are not truste in louisiana but there is "Louisiana's Bond for Deed" does this work? i have spent many hours finding distress properties just within 5 miles of me, but louisiana law seems to be different from everywhere else. Is sub2 do-able in LA?

Sub2 is do-able in LA. Instead of using CFD, you would set up the Bond for Deed as your exit strategy.
