Anyone Doing Anything Creative In Pa?

I am in Lancaster County but also considering York and Lebanon Counties. Looking for some feedback for creative investing oppt's in these areas. I have yet to do my first deal. Thanks for your input.

    check on gov't forclosures(sp.) when i last looked there were over 50 in york county. contact me by e-mail if any questions
