Any HUD Deals OUT There?
I was farming my target area and I came across a house that had really tall grass and over grown shrubery. I saw a sign in the window said call xxx-xxx-xxxx It turned out to be a hud home. It looked like it needed some work. Has anyone bought hud homes before and can you get a decent deal?
