Analyze Feature..
I am new to the website and it is really helping a lot. The question I have is when you look at a property on this site and next to it there is a tool to analyze the property. No matter what way I imput the info it says not to buy and the property will not make any $$$ whatsoever. Am I imputing wrong or are all the properties posted on the site not worth going after?

classic answer is to hold title in some entity that allows you to shield liability. a llc, corp, etc.
