Roof-top Leases
this is something that i would be interested in but a search on the internet led to many shoot in the dark web sites. does anyone know how i can contact anyone that would be interested for instance cell phone companies.
any infor that you guys can give would be very helpful

Normally cell phone companies utilize radio or televeision station towers. They also have areas set aside where many people who use broadcasting facilities pay the owner of the property to use their tower facilities.
Not sure about roof tops in Miami, even the taller building owners probably have their areas leased out to someone.

what i was looking for is a building that i own in miami. its only 2 stories tall but its in the new development area in miami far west of the city it self. what im interested in to see how i can get companies interested in my roof top.
