Looking to do some wholesailing in my area, can anyone tell me how to find investors? Or should I just read all the forums..lol It seems like this is harder then I expected
Lenders and investors are like bosses who hire people.
The guy above does not have down payment funds and when the lender ask where is the down payment? --What is his answer? Those who answer this question properly are the ones who are successful at no cash down financing; and they become instant millionaires. This is an exercise I put all my cients through at Foreclosure News Everyday we get at least 1 or 2 people who come to our web site with this question.
I have a commercial RE course I bought on eBay where the guy talks about this subject. It was SO boring that I have completely forgotten his name... Pat something...
