Foreclosures are published in Alabama for 3 consecutive weeks in a paper "In general circulation in the county"... So, it depends on which county you are looking for... For the most part, the attorneys that use a publication use some little known news paper... So for instance a property out in Shelby County it would be the Shelby county reporter... USUALLY... Occasionally you may find a couple in say the Birmingham News, but that would definitely be the minority... Also, foreclosures in Alabama are non-judicial as well...
