620 Fico Now A 650 Fico...what Are My Chances?
End of Nov I posted and asked about a 620 fico....well now my credit score is 657 (Equifax anyway) I am going to my bank tuesday and talk with a mortgage guy. The only thing that may hold me up is the fact I have been self employed less than a year. Anyone have a suggestion as to how to proceed if I am turned down for a loan from my Bank?
