Ok here is the scoop please give me your opinion on how you would do the deal. compare value 160,000 sale price 160,000 0 down 1100 per month 4 yr contract for deed I plan on doing a 2 year lease option to my renters. how would you structure this deal any tips ? Thanks

I should have said appraised at not comparable .
it is currently vacant I am going to purchase via 4 year contract for deed
