SS Help Cant Get Financing, Any Ideas?
I am purchasing a SS and it has been approved for $315K appraised value is $370K. I have excellent credit 718 score. However, cannot qualify for the loan due to lack of downpayment and DTI to High. Any suggestions.
The rules have changed. You may have to lower your expectations due to this reality.
Lenders want YOU to have something to lose if you walk away from this deal. Find a downpayment?

Thanks for all the input guys. I have 10% to put down but its the DTI that is killing me. Oh how I miss NINAs. Think I may just let this one go would have been nice but just too much hassle to get financing.
