Net To Seller Question
Hey gang, working on first short sale, pretty clear on how everything works. I was wondering if there was a standard net to seller form to use. One of the articles mentioned that the title company could do it, but I dont want to run a title search until we know if the deal is going to be a go or not.
Any feedback?
Anyone familiar with what form to use to show the seller's net? Can I simply create one?
