Small Apts. Vs. Small Houses
What does everyone think about buying a multi-family with small units vs. buying little houses that are basically the same as the units-2/1’s? You have a tenant in maybe the same size unit, but it is a house with certain benefits-yard, private driveway,....---that could lead to them staying longer.
