How-Where To Get Down Payment?
Very interested in investing in commercial real estate (5-12 multi-family properties, up to $600,000 in Pennsylvania).
Need GOOD ideas on how to get over the hurdle of coming up with down payment $$$. Right now the bubble is still not deflated enough so no luck with finding sellers who are willing to carry any financing.
What, where and how can we come up with $75k-$200k for down payments?
All answers much appreciated.
