I've read a lot about wholesaling, I just ordered a course. It says it has a disc with forms, contracts, etc. Hopefully this helps me out a lot...can't afford for it not to, lol.

The main thing to keep in mind in wholesaling (especially flipping) is to utilize a "buyer friendly" contract. I hope the course you ordered explains that.
Is that the Scott Rister course? If so, I posted awhile ago asking for people's opinions and I wasn't overwhelmed at all. I decided against buying it for now.
Let me know what you think of it. Some complained that he tends to get long-winded and doesn't focus in on specifics. Personally, I don't know.

I have Rister's Wholesaling course, and yes, he does tend to ramble on and is long winded. Most of the course is text, so be prepared to read and he sometimes goes off on tangents. Overall, it wasn't what I had expected. But, there are some who think it is a good investment and with good materials. To each is own I guess.
After I complete the Rister course, will I have a good understanding and be ready to get out there and whole sale properties? Tha's the big question. I read a lot every day so text will not bother me so much, but if the information doesn't help me, show me what to do, and if after I complete it I am still clueless as to how to go about anything...I might ask for a refund. So can you answer my question...When I do complete the course and I have a good understanding of what Rister says and I pay attention to detail, will I be ready to get out there and make some money?

Ok I don't mind spending the money for the knowledge and know how. They came very recommended in this posting as well as others I've read, but seriously, I've spent a lot of money in the two days I've joined this site. So....I'm going to hide my wallet from myself, wait for my course and modules to arrive, study my ace off, since it has already cost me about the same as a university course, and hopefully I'll learn enough to get started (hopefully even more). Thanks to those who made recommendations.
So far I've found this entire site to be very informative...I almost wish it was more of a secret =) j/k.
But I will definately post a review and some information pertaining to my purchases after I've finished with them, for those who are more patient than I am and are waiting to invest in their education to be able to invest. So stay tuned....and be patient because I like to take my time when I really want to know everything about something.
