Wholesaling Programs?

raquel1094 profile photo

Ok...I've chosen to start out investing in "wholesaling" (selling contracts to investors). This just seems like the easiest and least expensive way for me to begin my venture. Should I invest in a wholesaling program that includes manuals and neccessary forms involved in the transaction and if so, what price range is fair for a program as such? Do I just read and do my own research about wholesaling? I'm ready to begin....thanks!

    raquel1094,

    Glad to meet you,

I would recommend Steve Cook who is a Channel Partner here at TCI and you can purchase his material here.

I have met Steve and in my opinion he is a knowlegable investor and gentleman.

Well I saw wholesaling programs by Scott Rister that are quite a bit more expensive. I just don't want to miss out on valuable information because I took the less expensive route....what do you think? Thanks John! grin

Not to seem pedantic but I think you mean that you are bird dogging properties. If you were wholesaling properties the property would already be in your or your company's name. With that being the case, though I can't personally vouch for it, I think Mr. Locke will gladly pitch you his services.
