I just wanted to get everyones opinion of real estate in the future and the future of real estate investing. What do you think?

There are ways to make money in every economic cycle, I've heard it before, I've read it here. I don't have any experience in any market other than the last couple of years, but I will be ok whatever the market does. I probably wont be using the same technique the same way, But I will make money.
People will always be getting married and divorced. Children will grow up and start their own families. People will be born, and people will die. Businesses will succeed and businesses will fail. Most of all people will continue to want to live indoors.
All of these facts add up to a world of possibilities, and a never ending cycle of real estate deals just waiting to be made.
No one investment technique other than being flexible will work in all situations or economic cycles, but something will always work, If you do!
