Terminating Rental Lease Agreement?
Hi Guys,
This is the scenario, I need a solution I am renting out my out of town house on 1 year lease agreement through Property Management company current tenants have been in the property for about 5 months.
I have reviewed the lease agreement while I saw particular clause pertaining to “Tenants early termination” however there is nothing there referring to “Landlord breaking early lease agreement” Now! If I want to sell my house and terminate the lease agreement what would the implications and how would go about doing this?

See if the tenants are willing to amend the original lease.
