Terminating Rental Lease Agreement?

Hi Guys, This is the scenario, I need a solution I am renting out my out of town house on 1 year lease agreement through Property Management company current tenants have been in the property for about 5 months. I have reviewed the lease agreement while I saw particular clause pertaining to “Tenants early termination” however there is nothing there referring to “Landlord breaking early lease agreement” Now! If I want to sell my house and terminate the lease agreement what would the implications and how would go about doing this? Thanks guys. Todd :-S
