Small Developement?
Ive recently built a home for my personal use and now would like to advance to the next step. Im interested in getting financed for a construction loan to build two houses but i cant seem to find a bank that will finance anything under 1 million dollars. I also would like to bring in an investor to be able to acquire the property, what should i offer this person. How would i secure them. Banks dont lend 100% they might lend 50% to acquire land and 65% of construction.
I built my personal home out of pocket so have no experience with the financing part..
