I also went to this guys seminar 3years ago and they wanted like $3500 dollars. So what I did was take good notes there and I went to the local library and checked out all the books they mentioned at the seminar. I read like three books and checked out a Robert Allen Nothing down video from there as well. It was very helpful and I learn everything you learn in the bootcamp except it takes longer and you have to read the info for yourself I hopes this helps.

I went to that seminar 4 years ago. Here is my thoughts:

I took at and went into it as a complete NOOB. I had no idea where to begin in REI and did nothing but watch infomercials. For at the time I took it and after it was done, I felt unstoppable...I felt that I was going to use my sales skills and make a killing..well, that went untrue for a few years and I had more houses I found, but no buyers. They taught me very very useful info, but you can tell it was given to you in short increments making you wanting more(up sell?) But like I said, the info was superb.

Well fast forward to the present day, I have wholesaled about 3 deals neting me 70k in the 3 months I worked on them deals. Rehabbed 2 homes and rented them out, and sold 2 homes on a CD.

Along the long journey I took, I met and met and met people and kept communicating with agents and other investors. I would pick the brains of anyone I saw was in a better financial situation that I was..which was 99% of them. Each and every person I was dealing with fed me information I remember hearing in the seminars. I mean every seingle thing they taught me in the seminar I encountered by interacting with other people.

So to make a long story short, the info is useful if you are in the dark like I was...But save yourself some money (IMO) and go communicate with other people like what every one is telling you.

If you have $3000 to spend on a bootcamp, you have $3,000 to spend on 6 month($500/month) advertising and get a deal.

    1) Buy the books
    2) Join the local rei.
    3) Buy the postcards
    4) Go out to lunch /dinner with the local investors.

Stay out to midnight talking to experienced investors at a restaurant, then wake up 6 hours later and go to work.
