Possibly Dumb Question

My question is this:

If I am going to look for properties, and flip them.
Once I am under contract, and I assign the contract to someone else, Do I need to do anything more with the title company that is doing the closing?

Also when closing date is set, does that mean the person that I assinged the contract to needs to meet those guidelines?

And replies would help.

Thanks

If you are assign your position in a contract then you are asking them to step into your shoes and taking on your obligations. So, the deadlines you agreed would still hold.

The contract can be changed if both the seller and the buyer agree. Possible but not something that happens in all deals.
