please help 10.00 deposit?
hi i am just starting to get into this real estate business. i have read a lot of information and did my homework. i am a college student with a real passion for the real estate business but like other college students i have no money.
i saw this 10 into 10,000 dollars article. i was just wondering do these deals come once in a lifetime or can u really make money with a 10 dollar deposit. has anyone ever done this before. i would really like some info on this wholesaling 10 dollar deposit subject.
i know what you pay for is what you get so how can u get 10,000 out of 10 dollars. if you have done a deal like this please give me some examples or inform me of the how to.
