Need Ideas To Sell House Quicker
Hi, my investment house that I am trying to sell has been in the market for 6 weeks with a realtor and 2 weeks by myself. I was planning on lowering the price today slightly. Also was wondering what other ideas I could use to tell my realtor to get it to sell quicker. Right now I don't want to do like rent to own or seller financing. Are there any other ideas that I could tell my realtor to tell buyers to make it look like a more sweet deal? LIke help with closing costs, etc? Thanks. :-D
Have him offer the buyers agent an extra $1000. and they will be at your door step instead of the house down the street. Help w/ closing costs doesn't hurt either. Good luck
So would saying I would pay up to 1000 dollars in closing costs be a good selling point then?
Don't know enough about your deal to give specifics but in general you could try one or more of these:
lower the price, offer to pay closing costs, offer a home warranty, offer a prize ($2500 Home Depot spending spree, a new lawnmower, new furniture, etc.).

I like the idea of offering the buyers agent an extra 1K however because it motivates the realtors involved to show your house over other ones .
