Making An Offer???
I have a really good deal in the works and I'm a first timer. When making an offer to the seller, is this done in writing or verbally? I assume I would make it verbally and if accepted then we would sign a purchase contract and that would be it. Let me know if I'm off base here.
If your state is like PA, oral agreements relating to real estate are not enforceable. I'd recommend that whatever offers you make be in writing and that you work with a RE attorney.
